NEW Interview with Veronica Roth at the Dublin ALLEGIANT Tour Event

Click Online shared a great new in-depth interview with Veronica Roth. The Divergent author talks about making the movie, the cast, the reaction to Allegiant -the latest book out, and more.

We posted some of our favorite excerpts, but you can read the interview in full HERE.

CLICK: "Roth is an amiable interviewee, prone to fits of laughter and self-deprecation, and still seems somewhat amazed that the dystopia she created has captured the attention of so many people. She’s also very tall. And she was nice enough to sit while we talked about her inspiration, her involvement in the movies, choosing a faction for herself and jumping into bathtubs full of marshmallows.

This interview was conducted in person in Dublin on the 3rd of November 2013.

DAY 3: Official Divergent Movie Character Poster: ERIC

Wow. Check out Jai Courtney as Dauntless leader ERIC in this latest character poster revealed by Buzzfeed! It's not hard to see why he strikes fear into the hearts of initiates.

"Leaving us with Eric is like hiring a babysitter who spends his time sharpening knives." -TRIS

ERIC: Eric is a brutal force with a damaged moral compass. His cruel training methods and ruthless leadership make him a quick adversary to Tris, the Abnegation transfer and protagonist of the story.

"Jai is truly a great actor. You'll see, he's tough and mean and fun to watch." Director Neil Burger.

"Most Dauntless get tattoos as a reminder of the past, a mark of progress. There's also the relationship to pain (a true Dauntless doesn't mind the pain!), but mostly tattoos are a sign of overcoming obstacles, for them, a way of marking struggle and progress on the body" -Veronica Roth

“In some parts of the ancient world, the hawk symbolized the sun. Back when I got this, I figured if I always had the sun on me, I wouldn’t be afraid of the dark. . . . Now it reminds me of the fear I’ve overcome.” –Tori
