ITS HERE!!! YahooMovies has exclusively unveiled the official DIVERGENT movie poster today! WOW. Four and Tris looking like badass fighters, stand on a ledge overlooking dystopian Chicago. This is like nothing Divergent-related we have seen before!
And judging by fans overall reactions on the internet, the poster gets the seal of approval.

Divergent Movie Score to be Composed by Tom Holkenborg (Junkie XL), Produced by Hans Zimmer

Update: It was revealed today that Hans Zimmer will serve as executive producer for the Divergent movie score.

FilmMusicReporter.com reports that Tom Holkenborg is currently working on the score for the film adaptation of the young adult novel Divergent. Tom, better known as Junkie XL, is a Dutch multi-instrumentalist, producer, and engineer. (He's even changed his twitter avatar to the new Dauntless Tori poster.)

Known for: Tom got his worlwide fame with the Elvis Presley remix Little Less Conversation.

He collaborated with Oscar-winning composer Hans Zimmer on Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises. The film marks the fourth scoring collaboration between Holkenborg and Zimmer, including Megamind (2010), Inception (2010) and Madagascar 3 (2012).

Since moving into Zimmer’s Remote Control Productions studio, the two have worked together on many other musical projects, including Man of Steel. In 2013, he composed the music for the Relativity Media film, Paranoia. Shortly after, he was brought in by Zack Snyder the producer of 300: Rise of an Empire to create the score for the film. Rise of an Empire is the follow up to the blockbuster and cult classic 300 which was directed by Zack Snyder and released in 2007. Thanks to anon tip on Tumblr.

Remember when we said BIG things were on the way? The new Dauntless Character Posters revealed last week were just the start.

A NEW DIVERGENT TRAILER IS COMING. Check out the screenshot above. As you may have heard yesterday, Shailene Woodley announced the OFFICIAL Divergent trailer will be revealed on Wednesday 13th November. (If you're unfamiliar with how trailers are usually released, the previous trailer was a teaser trailer, this is the full length one.)

And here is what we've been dying to share with you:

The movie gods have looked down upon us and blessed us with an early look at the trailer. We've had to wait until now to share our reactions, which is just as well because trying to type while freaking out and hugging the screen is neither easy nor dignified, and wouldn't have been very informative.

This is just our initial reaction, we don't want to spoil it for you so we'll go into more detail and break it down after the trailer is publicly released and we can all watch together.

Its OFFICIAL: Hold on to your feels, because the new DIVERGENT trailer is going to be shown in theatres before The Hunger Games: Catching Fire screenings!

(Remember when we posted about this a few weeks back and everyone got excited and it turned out to be a miss-communication? Well, now we have confirmation.)

Most of you will probably be heading to theatres to watch the latest Hunger Games installment anyway, this just makes it even better. The New DIVERGENT trailer will be unveiled officially worldwide this WEDNESDAY, details HERE. However, seeing it on the big screen is going to be awesome.

DAY 5: Official Divergent Movie Character Poster: PETER

Here is the official character poster for Miles Teller as Peter, revealed by Fandango!! This whole pose does indeed reflect Peter's personality:

PETER: Originally born into Candor, Peter joins Dauntless and uses evil cunning and cruel violence to advance in the initiation process.

Every day this week a brand new poster has been revealed. As you can see in all of them, the tattoos are the focus and are highlighted, to reflect the faction they all represent - the Dauntless.

"Most Dauntless get tattoos as a reminder of the past, a mark of progress. There's also the relationship to pain (a true Dauntless doesn't mind the pain!), but mostly tattoos are a sign of overcoming obstacles, for them, a way of marking struggle and progress on the body" -Veronica Roth
